The idyllic Hotel has 40+ luxurious bedrooms, a fantastic golf course, Conference and Banqueting facilities and a superb AA Rosette restaurant which serves traditional English food with a twist using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Chef who wants to gain experience in a high quality venue. You will be expected to work within this exceptional brigade and assist in sustaining the fantastic accreditations achieved by this hotel.

Requirements for this Pastry Chef De Partie position:-
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Good written and spoken English
- A flexible attitude
- Restaurant or Hotel Background
- Good Communication skills
- Good Team Player
- A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
