A small local 'go to' Brasserie with a fine dining option is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie. This fabulous quaint eatery based in the heart of Marylebone offers a seasonal menu with antipodean influences and fabulous dessert offerings ALL made in house such as Original Beans 70% Virunga chocolate brownie with macadamias, prunes, NZ manuka honey yoghurt, gooseberry and camp coffee compote!
This is a fabulous opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie who wants to work in a kitchen where Pastry is a first thought not an afterthought.
7 shifts a week over 5 days
