Parker?s Tavern is a high end, quintessentially British restaurant & bar run by award winning local chef- restaurateur Tristan Welch, within the iconic University Arms.
The hotel itself was recently voted Sunday Times City Hotel of the Year and one of Conde Nast?s Hottest Openings of 2018.
The Martin Brudnizki designed restaurant delivers a warm, inviting and delicious taste of Cambridge with an ever-changing menu and many unique quirks. What does not change is our dedication to an immaculate and personal service for our guests.

The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will support that pastry team in offering freshly prepared, high quality desserts, chocolate, ice creams and sweet garnishes.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a busy kitchen, though high quality branded restaurant experience will be considered. You will be working as part of a large hotel producing al la carte, buffet and banqueting menu.
Overall this is an excellent opportunity for you to really mark your mark in an establishment that will become renowned for quality and innovation.
