We are currently looking for all grades of Chef in this exquisite 5 star hotel to undertake permanent positions.
We recruit within several on site restaurants ranging from exquisite Fine Dining at 3 Rosette level to more casual high end gastro style as well as the main hotel service kitchen where you would be mainly serving breakfast and covering room service requests.
This hotel also has a pastry department with its on Chocolatier section. in which we are recruiting Chef vacancies.

If you can meet the following requirements please apply:
- Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
- Experience working in a Michelin star or AA Rosette establishment
- Hotel or Restaurant background
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
- Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
- COSHH knowledge
