Newly refurbished bright and light Interiors, a vibrant Atmosphere & friendly, professional Service – this casual fast paced dining operation is busy throughout the day.
In charge of all areas of Kitchen Supervisor duties , you will play an integral part in the Success of this exciting Cafe/retail expanding Establishment.
Supervising the Daily Running of the Kitchen – Leading a Brigade of 5 Kitchen Assistants
Mise en Place & Service – High Volume Covers with Focus on Standards, Quality & Consistency
Stock Control: Purchasing, Invoices, Weekly Stock Counting Training & Development, Reviews & Disciplinary Procedures
Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Schedules
The Ideal Candidate will have proven Kitchen supervisory experience gained working within Quality, Fast Paced/High Volume /Food retail environments
Naturally organised with the ability to multi-task, you will be able to lead a team and work well under pressure, enjoying a busy Kitchen environment and team training.
Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be up to date on current Hygiene, HACCP , H&S Legislation.
Salary & Benefits
£24 – £26,000 Basic Start Salary pa + Paid Overtime
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
