We have a unique opportunity available for a Junior Sous Pastry Chef to work at a famous Michelin restaurant in Central London, alongside a fantastic brigade of 25 chefs.
If you are looking to explore more Michelin food, work with modern french cuisine where you can learn new culinary skills and progress within your career then this could be the right opportunity for you.
You will be working 48+hrs per week (depending on the season) and should work out to roughly 8-9 shifts. The restaurant is open 7 days a week and you must be flexible and able to work weekends. This role would be perfect for someone willing to explore ingredients and gain more knowledge within this type of cuisine.
The restaurant will normally cater to 130 covers on a busy service. There is an amazing A La Carte menu which changes regularly with many of the chefs input on a variety of dishes. They also have a tasting menu which features many of the head chef's famous dishes.

Our Minimum Requirements:
- You must have a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
- Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
- Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
- Chef Whites and Safety shoes
- At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
- Conversational, if not fluent English
- UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
