This stunning venue serves seasonal dishes created using local seasonal fresh produce to a high standard and is popular for its famous cuisine and is prepared under the Head Chef. The enthusiastic team even use their home-grown produce to create a menu and cuisine for all customers tastes.

AsJunior Sous Chefyou must be able toassist the Head and Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will support the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service whilst preparing food to the highest quality.

This is a great opportunity for any Junior Sous Chef looking to progress and further their career in an award winning establishment with a fantastic team.

Requirements for this Junior Sous Chef position:-

  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
  • Food Hygiene Certifications
  • Good written and spoken English
  • A flexible attitude
  • Restaurant or Hotel Background
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Team Player
  • A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
