Junior Sous Chef - AA Rosette Modern British Restaurant
Our client is currently recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join this fantastic brigade.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef and be willing to progress onto the next level in the future.

You will have previous experience within AA Rosette restaurants, preferably modern British or European cuisine. Be passionate about good food, have an eye for detail and a flexible attitude.

Duties involve assisting the Head and Sous Chef with running of the kitchen, assisting with menu creation and planning, stock control and ordering, staff training and rotas, assisting on all sections as and when required.

The position involves working 5 days out of 7.
7 shifts over 5 days
