JUNIOR SOUS CHEF ADVERT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly team. Based at the beautiful regency DoubleTree by Hilton, Cheltenham Hotel, and working as part of the Kitchen department.
You will assist with the overall running of the kitchen, reporting into and supporting our Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring food and menus continually exceed guest expectations throughout our Bar, Restaurant and Conference Centre. You will also be involved in the training and development of the kitchen team.

We are looking for a confident communicator with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be self-motivated and a good team player. Experience as a Junior Sous Chef is required preferably within a hotel environment. Although this would also suit a Chef de Partie with at least 3 years? experience in this environment who is looking for their next move.
