Standards are exceptionally high at this award-winning restaurant for both the kitchen brigade and the front of house team and relevant experience is of course essential. Of equal importance however is personality and attitude, the most important ingredient for us is above all, enthusiasm.
Position Available: Junior Sous Chef - London Central £NEG 35-38k per annum
This is an exceptional opportunity to develop under the patronage of a well known, iconic chef. As Junior Sous you will understand the kitchen sections, have excellent man management skills and an exceptional understanding of what it takes to run an operational Michelin kitchen at all levels. We are actively recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef.
In return we will offer you a generous basic salary from £35-38k plus a 4 day working week. We'll tell you all about past Chefs and their career paths and know you'll be inspired to reach new heights. Sous Chef candidates must be able to demonstrate 6 years experience at a similar level with Michelin experience.
