We are now recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef who is able to cope under pressure in a high volume environment.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude and will be committed to producing high quality food.
As Junior Sous Chef you will learn more of the management side of the business and supervise more than one section at a time.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up, or a competent Junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.
