Junior Sous Chef, High End Brasserie, Central London up to 30K per annum!
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a top-notch Modern European Restaurant in the Heart of East London . This is an amazing opportunity to work in a great structured environment in the Heart of London
- Amazing standard of food using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Ideal experience in similar high-end events company
- Paying around £30.000 per annum
- Strong training and quality control skills
- Commercial acumen, management of budgets and great cost control
- Attention to detail and good administration skills
What we need from you!
- Minimum of 3-4 years relevant industry experience
- Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
- Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
- Chef Whites and Safety shoes
- At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
- Conversational, if not fluent English
