Junior Sous Chef required for a luxury hotel in the beautiful town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire
This 80 bedroom hotel nestled in the heart of Harrogate are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Junior Sous Chef. With an A la Carte Restaurant serving British Cuisine and conference and banqueting facilities catering for up to 250 guests.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be reporting to the Head Chef overseeing the preparation and presentation of food. You must be motivated, a good communicator and be able to delegate tasks to juniors within the team motivating them also to work well under high a pressured environment during service. Your duties will also include managing the kitchens health and safety requirements, maintaining food safety standards and developing menus working within specified budgets.
-You will be working in a team of 6 chefs
