We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a love of cooking great food to join our kitchen team.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the overall running of the kitchen, reporting into and supporting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring food and menus continually exceed guest expectations throughout our Bar, Restaurant and Conference and Events facilities.
You will also be involved in the training and development of the kitchen team.
You are passionate about great food and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and works well under pressure. You have strong communication skills, are self-motivated and a good team player.
Experience as a Junior Sous Chef is preferable. Although this would also suit a Chef de Partie with at least 3 years? experience in a hotel environment who is looking to move into their next role.
