Bailbrook House Hotel is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen brigade.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef Michael Ball and the Sous Chef to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within our 2 rosette restaurant, creating fantastic memories for our guests.

This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in your interactions with team members.
Competencies of a Junior Sous Chef :
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
