Junior Sous Chef - 4* Boutique Hotel - Twickenham
Our client a 4* Boutique Hotel based on the banks of the River Thames and surrounded by 25 acres of beautiful grounds, has an award-winning restaurant and spa.
Located just 10 minutes' drive from Hampton Court Palace, near Twickenham in West London they are now looking for a Junior Sous Chef
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will be paid £11.50 per hour and each and every hour worked will be paid.
The Junior Sous Chef will work and be contracted for 40 hrs per week, straight shifts 12noon - 10/10.30pm or 2pm - 10/10.30pm.
Everything is cooked in house and the Junior Sous Chef will help the Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage the kitchen and also cover all sections as needed. If in need they can also provide accommodation.
The role may suit also an experienced Senior Chef de Partie ready for a change and with experience in both cold and hot sections. The ideal Junior Sous Chef must have at least 1-2 years' experience in a 1 or 2AA rosettes standard operation
Interview and trial slots are available immediately, and suitable Junior Sous Chef can if they need start employment within days
The Junior Sous Chef will benefit:
- £11.50 per hour and each and every hour worked will be paid.
