This stunning venue with a award winning Restaurant in the heart of the Suffolk countryside is looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
This beautiful establishment is near the coastline and offers guests and customers the option to dine within their restaurant or bistro, as well as offering afternoon teas, private dining and functions with a variety of choice and outstanding food.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working with the kitchen brigade to offer a variety of fresh food choices for guests and customers using locally sourced ingredients and produce whilst creating fresh dishes to high standards for guests and standards. Your duties will include supporting the Senior Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen help the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service whilst preparing food to the highest quality.
This is a great opportunity for any Junior Sous Chef looking to progress and further their career in an award winning establishment with a fantastic team.
Requirements for this Junior Sous Chef position:-
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Good written and spoken English
- A flexible attitude
- Restaurant or Hotel Background
- Good Communication skills
- Good Team Player
- A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
