This sleek, art deco-inspired masterpiece hotel set on the promenade in Morecambe, Lancashire is looking to expand their team and seeks a:
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - Full Time - worked over 5 days out of 7. Shifts on rota basis.
The Midland Hotel, part of English Lakes Resorts & Venues, was built in the 1930’s and is a destination in itself; with 44 thoroughly modern 30s inspired guest rooms, a warm, welcoming top-class restaurant and bar and outstanding facilities for conferences and events.

You will be passionate, have lots of energy and a desire to be part of a winning team. You need to be dedicated with a genuine interest in fine food.
The quality of food delivery and production is absolutely critical to the guests’ experience and you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards to ensure our guests' expectations are consistently exceeded.
