My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in a beautiful property in Cheshire. The restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. The Head Chef is looking for someone who is driven, hardworking and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to at least 2 AA Rosette standard. This is one of the best Chef jobs in the area at an amazing property.
This a great role with a very competitive salary for an energetic chef ideal for a Senior Sous Chef or a current Sous Chef looking for the next step. You will have great company benefits working for a great restaurant.
Our client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with:
• Former experience at Chef de Partie level
• Rosette/Michelin Background preferred
• High understanding of the kitchen
• Excellent communication skills.
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, my client is offering up to £23,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.
