Head Pastry Chef | Michelin Star | Luxury Country Hotel

An award winning hotel set in acres of idyllic countryside is looking for an outstanding Head Pastry Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate must have rosette experience (preferably Michelin) and must be passionate about preparing cuisine of exceptional quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the UK's most reputable hotels; you will be expected to lead by example and extend you knowledge to enhance the ability and motivate the pastry team. You will be preparing desserts for the two restaurants, luxury weddings and preparing for traditional afternoon teas.

  • An enthusiastic approach to work

  • Food hygiene certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
  • 2 years of references supplied
