The Martin Brudnizki designed restaurant delivers a warm, inviting and delicious taste of Cambridge with a locally-focused menu and many unique quirks and a constant dedication to an immaculate and personal service for our guests.

We are looking for a talented and creative Head Pastry Chef with essential experience gained in high-quality operations.

As the experienced Head Pastry Chef, you will bring the talent and chemistry needed to delight diners within all aspects of patisserie especially with experience in chocolate work. Using fresh local produce, you will need to show great passion for your work and use your creativity and vision for this iconic venture. A stunning venue including brand new kitchens & equipment.

You will need to be experienced working under pressure and continuing the development of a small team to work to your high standards.
