Amazing new role for a passionate Seafood Focused Head Chef who is inspired by fresh, quality food and reflects its source.
You will be working apart of small dedicated, and extremely hard working team who are highly engaged with what they do.
You will be working up to 50 hours a week, catering for large volumes, Event experience would be great, but is not essential.
You will be responsible for all menu development and creation, as well as costing, budget control and training and development of the team.
