Head Chef - Liverpool St. - Arts and Music Venue Group
Our client a Cultural, Events & Party organization is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and dedicated Head Chef to lead their food offering across the business.
The ideal Head Chef will manage a Café'/Eatery, menu development for their corporate clients and a roof top terrace used for product launches, food street and guest chefs cooking skills display
The Head Chef will be also responsible for the training and recruitment of junior Chefs for their new opening as well as lead a team of permanent and freelance chefs during large scale events
The salary for the Head Chef is up to £40,000 per year, immediate start and the role is perfectly suited for an ambitious Sous Chef or Head Chef who is passionate about seasonal, local and organic food and has a real creative flair; either from a restaurant or an event background.
Private Healthcare, 4 weeks holidays and a performance related bonus is also part of the financial package.
The ideal Head Chef will need a 3 years minimum experience in a fine dining busy kitchen/restaurant environment, and able to source local & organic ingredients.
You'll be a self-starter and be health and safety trained. You'll have demonstrable large scale event catering experience.
