Head Chef - Ettington Park Hotel - Part of the Hand Picked Hotels collection
We are recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the Kitchen brigade at Ettington Park Hotel, a 48 bedroom Red Star Property with a 2 rosette restaurant.
What does the role involve?
As Head Chef you will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine and for managing our talented and hardworking Kitchen brigade.
Actively contributing to driving food sales through inspiring and creative menu planning, you will ensure the kitchen team are inspired to achieve targets.
Who is this position suitable for?
You will need to be able to manage people demonstrating a positive attitude and leading by example, have good knowledge of Health & Safety and HACCP and be able to plan rotas to manage payroll costs effectively.
Competencies of a Head Chef:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential
