Head Chef - Churt - Surrey - £40-45k per annum

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Chef to join our client located in a beautiful village in Surrey as Head Chef. This busy little Country Inn with rooms offers a stunning environment to enjoy a really strong menu. As well as inside dining there is an outside catering function and busy garden menu. The kitchens here are stunning and offer state of the art equipment and an exceptional place to showcase your skills and you'll be leading a team of 10 Chefs.

The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate they are

Dedicated to providing excellence in varied and outstanding cuisine
Be able to display a creative and confident approach to his or her cooking
Be a natural team leader with a flair for developing from within
Experienced (minimum of two years) in a high volume brasserie style environment
He/She will have super communication skills, and the ability to manage a team
Have a strong understanding of health and safety, food standards.
