Main responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery and production of the daily menu requirements featuring modern and contemporary British cuisine.
  • Managing all aspects of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
  • Planning quarterly menus ,specifications and presentation
  • Ordering food and beverage products
  • Kitchen administration
  • Ensuring financial documentation and accountancy of the unit is accurate and within agreed budgeted levels

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in an Head Chef role, teamed with a high level of culinary skill and fine dining experience
  • Managerial skills and experience of managing a catering operation
  • Financial awareness
  • Innovation and passion for quality food
  • Possess good knowledge of operational health & safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in both buffet and a la carte services
  • Experience in British Cuisine
  • Intermediate or Advance Food Hygiene
