Job Title: Head Chef
Location: John Millington, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire
Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 + Tips where applicable + Benefits + Performance Related Bonus.

Working Hours: Up to 48 hours a week including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts, 2 consecutive rest days each week, no split shifts.

Your Role - Hydes Head Chef’s
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Head Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. A leader and mentor to your brigade, you will also be passionate about their training and continued development.
With overall responsibility for the kitchen, you will;
- be involved in menu development and costings
- implement health and safety processes and maintain a 5-star rating
- achieve GP targets for the site, as well as managing stock and labour costs
