HEAD CHEF FOR INDEPENDENT LUXURY RESTAURANT/BAR/BRASSERIE - up to £32,000 per annum.
Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a strong, ambitious Head Chef with a passion for delivering first class food to customers of an independent restaurant and bar in Oswestry. This restaurant has recently won its first award and is seeking a new Head Chef who wants to strive for more awards, including AA rosettes.
This venue offers a stunning environment to enjoy a really strong menu. The kitchens here are stunning and offer state of the art equipment and an exceptional place to showcase your skills.
The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate they are;
Dedicated to providing excellence in varied and outstanding cuisine with a seasonal, fresh menu
Be able to display a creative and confident approach to his or her cooking
Be a natural team leader with a flair for developing from within - the current team consists of 5 full time/1 part time staff.
Experienced (minimum of two years) in a brasserie style environment
He/She will have super communication skills, and the ability to manage a team
Have a strong understanding of health and safety, food standards.
