Head Chef for Private Members Club

We are looking for exceptional Head Chef to join this Private Members Club in Central London. Someone who is vibrant and energetic, operationally sound, has a versatile culinary style and high volume experience. It is a great opportunity for established and creative chef to join the team focusing on amazing quality food served in a modern and trendy environment.

The ideal candidate will have served time in a contemporary style kitchen/restaurant and who will bring some Shoreditch / East end / NY cooling into a West End club.

• Menu design/ development
• Relaxed offering in line with current trends
• Ability to adapt/change menus frequently
• Closely monitor trends/sales
• Moving away from traditional style menu layout to a more contemporary offering to increase revenue
• Comfortable with multicultural cuisine

Competitive basic salary of £45,000 + excellent bonus!
