This is you, and we need your stand out culinary development skills, ability to deliver stand out food and keen eye for detail to join our culinary team at the National Stadium – Wembley, of course. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality and innovation in flavours and local food trends, will have experience delivering exceptional food offers that exceed guest expectations, managing a talented culinary team and will have a strong business and financial acumen including managing Cost of Goods and Labour budgets.
Reporting into our Head of Culinary, Harry Lomas MBE and managing a Concessions Chef and a team of 60 event day chefs, the role of Head Chef – Concessions, develops and delivers innovative, market leading, food concepts across the 34 Club Wembley Concessions kiosks and 54 General Admissions Concessions units whilst ensuring that local food trends are reflected, customer needs are met and guest experience is exceeded. Responsibilities will include menu evaluation, development and transformation, project management and sales analysis on each menu revolution project and menu specification and scheduling to ensure the highest level of consistency, whilst ensuring full compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis of 48 hours per week and will include working match and events days in accordance with the Wembley fixtures therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as evening and weekend work is required.
