We have a vacancy for a Head Chef/CaféBar Manager. You will be responsible for all
aspects of the catering operation, which includes a contemporary Café Bar and providing a
comprehensive catering service for audiences to the venue and corporate/function clients.
You will be a team player, have a passion for working in the catering/hospitality industry
and able to demonstrate experience in both front and back of house operations. The ability
to lead a committed team to maintain and grow our strong reputation for world cuisine will
You will possess at least two years’ experience of working as a professional chef at a
Managerial level and be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of
running a CafeBar, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Legislation.
This is a unique opportunity for a person with flair and vision to lead a catering operation
within a vibrant arts environment.
Due to the nature of the post it will be essential for you to be available to work over a
seven day week which will include unsocial hours, daytimes, evenings, weekends and
public holidays as required.
