You are given the tools, backing and support to succeed, can you bring the right attitude, aptitude, passion and professionalism to this vital Head Chef role.
Key Features of the Role:
Head Chef uses management skills to control and direct the food preparation process.
Responsible constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations.
Approving dishes, hitting margin GP, avoiding wastage, gain quality customer feedback.
Inspiration and mentor to your kitchen team interacting and communicating with all teams.
Running a high-quality seasonal, fresh and locally sourced rosette kitchen, delegating, interacting and engaging with guests.
Full driving licence and own reliable transport is required due to the location.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Head Chef experience in award-winning hotel, restaurant, Gastro Pub or branded kitchen.
Experience engaging with guests, managing FOH and BOH teams in a professional manner.
Must have experience preparing and cooking rosette standard food or higher.
Experienced putting together a properly costed menu suiting clientele and venue brief.
Understanding of price points, GP, avoiding excessive wastage and generating positive guest reviews and repeat business, or brand promoters.
Excellent working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH, Level 3 certification in food hygiene.

Accomplished Head Chef can achieve a basic annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000.
£5000 Company performance related bonus scheme, plus pension.
