The position is permanent, and YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.

Reputable and established brand producing freshly sourced food, to the highest standard.

Key Features of the Role:
As Head Chef you are responsible for the various international food concepts, branded menu blends oriental and tropical dishes, seafood options and classic favourites.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to produce amazing food and dining experiences.
Manage and set the standard for the brigade in a kitchen with seasonal ups and downs.
Mentor and inspire others with your hands-on cooking knowledge and techniques.
During peak season the restaurant covers breakfast, evening and dinner service till close.
Managing and reporting on the kitchen profit margin, GP, profit and loss.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.
Must be either a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with the relevant experience.
Essential you have worked in a fresh food and branded kitchen at a similar level.
Health, Safety, GP, Margin, Profit and Loss, must have dealt with the day to day reports.
Ideally worked in a seasonal kitchen with peak and downtime seasonal challenges.
Managing and motivating your team, kitchen, time and food orders in a respectful manner.
Passionate for producing the perfect dish every time, whilst under pressure.
Your practical experience should be supported by some form of catering qualification.

The Head Chef opportunity has a basic salary ranging from £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience and assessed at interview).
Stock Take bonus payment based on kitchen margins achieved plus tips.
Contracted 48 hour working week. With the opportunity of paid overtime during peak season.
