Chef de Partie
JUICE Hospitality are looking for an experienced Sous and Chef de Partie to join the team within a high end gastro pub venue in Blackburn, Lancashire.
This is an excellent career development opportunity and you will be working within a luxury kitchen serving 2AA Rosette level Gastropub food within a team of several experienced chefs using the latest equipment and bringing your experience and knowledge in both product and staff development to the table. This venue is well known for it's innovative menu and like to mix it up regularly using fresh seasonal ingediants.
The Successful Chefs will be fully conversant with the companies aims and objectives and to play a proactive role in their achievements.
It's a great position within this busy bustling kitchen and working within a great team of Chefs you will help the Head Chef to consistently develop, provide and maintain a standard of cuisine of the highest order from the section, including:
•Ensuring quality of output at all times in terms of food production.
•Helping the Head Chef in managing the total running of the kitchen
•Training Commis and Kitchen Porters.
•Becoming aware of effective profit margins of all menus
•Ensuring health and safety rules are adhered to
This is a fabulous position and we are looking for trained Chef level candidates who want to move on to the next level.
