Offering superb luxury accommodation, conference and function facilities, health club, spa, hosting over 200 weddings a year and ancillary events.
Multiple restaurants and bars amalgamated in a truly stunning and premier venue brand.
Diverse food offering and menu creation available to you from fine dining to everything else.
Due to location you must have your own transport to get to site.
Key Features of the Role:
Executive Chef works to ensure consistent smooth running of food service.
Maintaining the highest level of food quality, rolling this down throughout the Kitchen Team.
Menu creation and large Kitchen Team management in conjunction with other Senior Chefs.
Ensuring stock control, budget adherence GP maintenance (70% across all sites).
Positive mentor and motivator to a high-volume multi-facility property.
Service substantial conference and banqueting operations up to 1000 dinners per day.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Accomplished candidate must have experience at 4 or 5-Star hotel as Executive Chef or Head Chef
HACCP or food safety management qualification (Food Hygiene Licence) preferred.
Experience working private events serving 1000 dinners per day, weddings and functions.
Experience creating, training, developing and mentoring your team to cook fine dining dishes.
Fast-paced, high-volume multi outlet operational experience is essential.
Experience creating, understanding and delivering reports to other Heads of Department.
