You will be cooking fresh, simple classics to both a high standard and high volume as these sites are very popular! Learn from a rock-solid senior team, with many years of Michelin/Rosette and butchery experience.

- £24,500 annual salary

What we need from you:
- 1-year minimum experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
- An interest in fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Passport or ID and Visa if applicable
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A proof of address (ie utility bill or bank statement)
- 2 years' worth of references: written or contact details
- Your own knives and whites, including safety shoes and hat
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering Industry standards
