COMMIS PASTRY CHEF
Juice Hospitality are seeking applications for the position of Commis Pastry Chef in a hotel located just outside Bournemouth, Hampshire.
If you are an experienced Commis Chef who has experience with Pastry/Breads/Patisserie and who thrives in a busy, prestigious environment and likes the rewards of a strong employer, then we would very much like to hear from you!
Working flexibly to help support the Executive Head Chef and team in preparation of breads, cakes, desserts and patisserie for afternoon teas and light bites as well as within the fine dining restaurant and for breakfast and lunch service.
What you will need to demonstrate at interview:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail to every order
- Experience in high volume but quality environment.
- Relevant experience within a kitchen environment.
- NVQ level 1&2 or similar. Level 3 beneficial.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Team player.
