The Place:

The Three Cups Inn is an independent, family owned inn and restaurant set in the busy town of Stockbridge, Hampshire, in the heart of the Test Valley.

It boasts 8 letting bedrooms and a relaxed restaurant atmosphere leading to a beautiful, well-kept garden.

The restaurant currently holds 1 AA Rosette and makes everything fresh from the daily breads and canapes through to the well-crafted desserts; we use the best of local and seasonal produce.

The Role:

Additional chefs are required to work alongside and learn from our talented Head Chef as we further improve our offering.

This is an ideal job for any passionate commis/CDP wanting to learn and develop themselves and their repertoire.

With on-site baking, patisserie, butchery and fishmongery being a daily part of the kitchen's routine there are plenty of skills to learn or perfect and the right candidate will be guided and developed within our friendly team.

The opportunity will be there for the right candidate to have their own input on menus and specials working with the team to develop dishes and components.

The kitchen is being well invested in to update equipment and it is a very exciting time to join. Ideally, the right candidate will have worked in a fresh food, fast paced environment with any qualifications in catering or health and safety being advantageous.

A solid command of written and spoken English is necessary and all candidates applying must already be allowed to reside and work in the UK.

The Offer:

Along-side the basic salary of £17.5 - £20k PA, depending on experience, which is paid weekly, there are cash tips which are paid monthly, 2 staff meals a day are provided and there is opportunity for live-in accommodation on-site.

The working week is 5 out of 7 days with 2 consecutive days off. There are 28 days holiday including bank holidays and the business is closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
