The Abbey Hotel is located on the outskirts of Redditch and boasts 99 en-suite bedrooms, restaurant, bars, varied meeting & event rooms, extensive leisure facilities and an 18 hole golf course.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis (Trainee) Chef to join our friendly team at this prestigious hotel working as part of the Kitchen department.

This position involves preparing, cooking and presenting food to the highest standard and in line with Company standards. Taking pride in maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and safety and being able to exceed the guest expectations on all levels in the Restaurant, Bar and throughout our Meetings and Events.
We are looking for a confident communicator with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be self-motivated and a good team player. Experience as a Commis Chef/Apprentice is required preferably within a hotel environment.
