Commis Chef - Private Members Club - Pall Mall
Our client is one of Europe's largest and most prestigious Private Members' clubs. They provide excellent banqueting, dining, accommodation, sporting facilities.
Currently they are looking for a Commis Chef for their AA rosettes and fine dining Restaurant
The operation is catering for 60/70 covers for lunch and 70/90 covers for dinner, kitchen team with 16 Chefs and the client will provide you with the uniform and meals on duty.
The Commis Chef will be part of a 15/16 strong chefs, produce International cuisine with Mediterranean influence and everything is UK farm sourced.
The restaurant is closed during Bank Holidays, Xmas and Easter.
The ideal Commis Chef will be paid a basic salary of £18,204 and increasing after 3 months of probationary period, plus service charge
The Commis Chef will be contracted for 40 hours per week and any extra hours and shifts worked will be paid as overtime and if working during days off you will be paid double time
As a Commis Chef you will always have Sunday off and the restaurant is also closed on Saturday for dinner plus you will have another day off during the week
The Commis Chef will benefit:
