Hotel Profile: 4 star gold covering all aspects of hotel catering - breakfast, lunches, afternoon teas, bar snacks banqueting and 2 star rosette tdh.
This venue is a small Jersey based hotel company with 3 properties located on the south coast of the Island. All 3 hotels are at the top of the 4 star market and have approx 60 bedrooms. The group have 5 restaurants within the hotels all enjoying good levels of occupancy plus a strong local following. The group has also a British themed brasserie.
We are presently recruiting for the 2015 season: Senior Sous Chef. Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
