I am excited to be working with an exciting new opening based in central Henley.

My client is looking for an experienced Head Chef or Ambitious Sous chef looking for their first kitchen.

Working directly with the owners you will help raise the profile of this new venture for a South African winemaker's first restaurant venture in the UK.

The ideal Head Chef will have a real drive to produce great food, that incorporates fantastic food presentation and pairs with their wines and wines of the world.

The concept being tasting/ small plates, possibly Sharing boards not over complicated but flavor driven.

The Owners are passionate about the future of the food and are committed to working with someone for the long haul regarding developing the menu, possibly opening a second or third venture.

The ideal candidate will have established themselves in a fresh food environment and keen to make a name for themselves and the Property and winemakers as they break out further into the UK market.

The position would start mid-March to be determined. Get settled in, pre-plan and execute dry runs and preopening with an opening date 1st April
