Medium sized food business rapidly growing and required experienced chef that can work fast!
Role includes learning how to make chocolate and use chocolatiering technique panning, using a stonegrinder to make nut spread, rinsing and dehydrating nuts, following recipes to make patisserie style raw treats.
Also deep and basic cleaning tasks.
This is a unique style of food preparation. Ingredients we use do not include meat, fish or dairy.
Ultimately we require chefs that take pride in working fast and concentration.
Due to our company growth the role could easily grow to a full time position but will start off as 3-4 days a week.
We appreciate chefs that can work weekends.
The hours are easy, the enviroment is a fun family owned business and you will develop a lot unique skills.
