A vacancy has arisen for a CHEF MANAGER (Catering to the prisoners, supporting them to work in a safe & efficient manner). Fully incharge of the kitchen. Comply with food & safety; Health & safety policies & legislation
39 Hours a week including evenings & weekends & bank/ public holidays.
Job holders must hold the following essential qualifications: Level 2 certificate in food production, Level 2 food & hygiene certificate.
As this is a high security working environment therefore all candidates need to have a clear DBS, all clear Police Check with no criminal convictions (Spent or unspent) & all relevant documents to prove their eligibility to work in the country.
