Superb contract catering company seeks a Chef Manager to manage the kitchen and staff within its school site in Leeds .
You would need to have a good understanding of kitchen management, including closing of weekly accounts, stock taking and of course food production.
The ideal candidate will be one who has a foodie based repertoire that crosses all sections of the kitchen so that you can adapt to change and dietary requirements throughout the school.
You will work tightly to company menus that follow governmental dietary requirements, but will be expected to be part of the development of seasonal menus, and improvements going forward.
You will have at least Intermediate CIEH Food safety and be fully conversant with the new Food Allergen requirements and of course be available for on-going training.
The client has said that a good contract catering chef with a willingness to step up and learn would be accepted.
