Ambitious chef required to understudy experienced head chef in 30 cover restaurant.
Our restaurant is part of a boutique hotel and aims to produce high quality food from fresh quality ingredients. We need applicants who take pride in cooking and are ready to learn.
Baking and pastry experience preferred but not essential.
An ambitious commis chef looking to expand their skills would be a great candidate for this job. A chef de partie looking to work in a small team producing quality food would also be considered for this role.
