Main Kitchen -Working in a busy kitchen that caters for a number of outlets, this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress.

Experience in a similar role and it is preferred that you are qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques
Be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen, e.g. meat, fish and poultry cooking and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce.
