Chef de Partie - Seafood/Fish restaurant - Central London

Our client a traditional classic French restaurant based in Soho delivers an approachable but high-end concept to customers.

They serve the finest food, wine, champagne and cocktails. The restaurant has a luxurious environment where customers feel relaxed from the moment they arrive.

Currently looking for a Chef de Partie, immediate start and salary of £27,000 per year plus service charge

The Chef de Partie will be preparing Mediterranean cuisine with modern French regional influence and specialise in seafood inspired by the likes of Rick Stein

The Chef de Partie will have 2 days off, 5 working days, 7 shifts per week - 45 working hours per week - team of 16 Chef
