Chef De Partie - Private Members Club - Package up to £25k - Surrey Live-In accommodation
Our client, an exclusive Private Members Club located in Surrey are recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join this fantastic kitchen both in restaurant and banqueting. They have a beautiful kitchen working with British cuisine in a fine dining setting.
You will have an eye for detail, be passionate and flexible, with enthusiasm to develop the junior chefs.
Duties as Chef De Partie include assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with, stock control , training and development of junior chefs, ensuring staff adhere to health, hygiene and safety guidelines.
The position involves;
- Working 5 days out of 7.
- Accommodation provided
- All overtime paid
- Immediate start available.
