Job Title: Chef de Partie

Salary: Up to £10ph + Tips where applicable + Benefits.

Your Role - Hydes Chef de Partie

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key.  As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts.  You will also support your Kitchen Manager with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.

Famed for its fine ale, great lagers, excellent wines and a great welcoming atmosphere, this popular Pub can be found at the heart of the thriving village of Ashton on Mersey. The Old Plough has just had an extensive refurbishment making it the place to be. Guest's can relax with glass of wine whilst enjoying a freshly prepared meal off the outstanding menu including their famous Ploughman’s board.
